How Can I Pay For My Items?
Firstly please make sure you have read through the FAQ section. Once you have added items to your basket go to the “Shopping Cart” section of the website and check your order. Once you have done this please either select "Invoice" or "PayPal" as your payment method and click "Place Order". If you have chosen the "Invoice" option please fill out the required information. If you have chosen the "PayPal" option you will be directed to their website and from there you can finish the payment process.
Please note that we reserve the right to cancel any orders.
Can I Use Other Payment Methods Apart From PayPal?
PayPal is the easiest and most convenient way of paying for your order. If you would prefer not to use PayPal I can send you an invoice and you can pay by either cheque or bank transfer.
How Much Does Delivery Cost?
There are no additional delivery charges. The price you see on my website includes all costs.
How Long Does It Take For My Items To Be Dispatched?
Once payment has cleared I will post un-framed prints within 7 days. Framed prints may take a little longer as they are all custom made.
Do You Offer A Parcel Tracking Service?
Where available I will always send you a tracking number.
What If My Item Arrives Damaged?
In the unlikely event that the item arrives damaged then I will of course replace it. Please contact me through the site to arrange a return. This must be done within 7 days.

Why Are Some Pictures Not Available In All A Sizes?
Some pictures are Panormaics. This means that 2 or more images have been joined together creating a long thin picture. If these were available in the smaller A sizes then the prints would be small.
Will The Product Received Reflect The Images On Your Site?
Due to each monitor being calibrated slightly differently and the printing process there may be slight colour variances between the final printed products compared to the images on the website.
Please note that unframed prints have not had all of the excess material removed. The images have been left this way so that a framer can trim the print to fit your desired frame. This also helps protect the image during shipping.
What Is The Quality Like?
All the photographs are printed from large TIFF files with no compression. This enables the photographs to be printed in large sizes without pixilation or loss of quality. The photos are printed on 260gsm photo satin paper using an HP Z6100 printer.
While every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the product dimensions there may be minor variances between the figures on the website and the actual product.
Please note that when a picture is printed on A sized paper it will not be stretched to fill the whole sheet. This is done to prevent any distortion of the image.
